RUMOURS -THAT ROOM IS BOVING ATLANTIC.
; (Received. 9-30 ajn.) WASHTNGTON', February 3. Rumours are current here that-the German armoured cruiser Roon is roving the- Atlantic The Rood is an aruwured cruiser of 9,350 tons, a sister to the Torek, which struck a German mine and sank while returning from the Scarborough raid. She has a speed of 21.17 knots, and carries four B.2in guns, ten 5.9 in, and sixteen 3.4 i- She was built eleven years ago.
