VESUVIUS IN ERUPTION.
THREE NEW CRATERS FORMED. HUGE ROCKS BLOWN SKY HIGH (By Cable. —-Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11 a.m.) ROME, January 7. Vesuvius is in eruption. Three new craters have opened, from which lava is streaming out. Explosions blew huge rocks a kilometre high, while clouds of black smoke are rising to a height of two miles.
