SOLDIERS TUT HOSPITAL. REPORTS FROM ALEXANDRIA. A hospital progress report was issued by the Defence Department last night containing the names of soldiers suffering from various forms of illness. The lists last night contained the name of Harr3' Booth, Army Service Corps, reported to have died of peritonitis, and of Robert Carlisle Shennan, Field Engineers, previously reported to have died, but now reported in hospital.
