THE ANZAC'S GREETING
IN RESPONSE TO THE KING. . . CAIRO, December 27. General Maxwell, on behalf of the British, Australian, and New Zealand troops in Egypt, has sent a message to the King in response to His Majesty's greetings. The message says 4 "We are proud of the confidence placed .ili us, and the share we are taking :in v 'the fight for victory."' : -
