The soldiers on the Main Trunk train on Christmas Day enjoyed the old-time beef aud plum pudding as the gue3t of the first-class passengers. Miss E. Sibbald, collected the sum to enable 19 to enjoy the lunch, and as many soldiers preferred waiting for lunch till they got to their respective homes, the sum of £1 2/3 over was handed to the "Herald" fund for the Hospital Ship. Trooper E. E. McConnell Madegan helped with the arrangements.
