General yon Hindcnoutg, in an interview in tho German Protfti, in which passionate Anglophobia is displayed, said ! that he had been warning his countrymen against England for yeare. England, he said, was the real promoter- of the war. The whole of the Entente Powers were still governed by the spirit of the late King Fxln-ard vil. He was sceptical about the suggested revolutions in Russia and India, and he adviaed that all their attention be fixed on England.
