THE VIOLATED CONSTITUTION. AN ILL-OMENED POLICY. (Received 2.50 p.m.) PARIS, November 23. The "Echo de Paris'" Athens correspondent interviewed M. Yenizelos. who declared that he, with the King's consent, waited on the French Minister in August, 1914. and expressed Greece's willingness to help France. Since then Greece's Constitution had been violated, and it became his duty to throw the responsibility on the men who had ■ undertaken the ill-omened policy for Greece.
