FORMAL LEAVE-TAKING AT BREST LITOVSK. ~ I 4USTRIANS TO MOVE AGAINST SERVIA (Received 10.5 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, September 3. Advices from Vienna state that the Archduke Frederick visited General yon Mackensen at Brest Litovsk and officially bade him farewell. Henceforward the German and Austrian armies in Poland will cease cooperating. It is understood that the Archduke Frederick shortly moves the Austrians in Poland against Servia.
