KISSED THE TROOPERS.
A STIMULUS TO RECRUITING. An innoration was introduced at a late farewell to a couple of Northern troopers departing for Trentham, #K4 were kissed "good-bre" by all the ybuftt ladies present at the function. The universal adoption of this practice (our -uonsronm correspondent suggests) would no doubt greatly stimulate recruiting, and patriotic youns ladiee might take the hint.
