MYSTERIOUS EXPLOSION ON GERMAN SUBMARINE.

SUNK AT MOUTH OF THE EMS. ALL BUT THREE OF THE CREW DROWHID. AMSTERDAM, June 27. A German submarine, after lraving Kmdon. a port to which access is gained from the River Ems by locks—for the se-i on Tuesday, exploded. The cause of the explosion is not known. The vessel sank. The commander and two of the crew in the turret -were saved. The remainder are reported to have been drowned.
