APPARENTLY PARADOXICAL
FINANCIAL AGENT AND VAGRANCY. THE ARREST OF W. P. STOREY. This- morning a young mam. named W. P. Storey was arrested by Detective Gourley on a charge that he was an idle and dißordsrly person with insufficient lawful visible means of cupport. Storey is a Tather well-known figure about town. He had an office in town for the purpose of doing business ac a financial agent, and just prior to *he last Parliamentary electrons he came into public prominence by putting ihrmself up as an Independent candidate for the Parnell electorate.
