IF GREECE INTERVENES.
WANTS GUARANTEES. ATHENS, March 23. There have been frequent meetings of the Cabinet, at which tbe situation has ' been discussed. It .is expected that Greece will abandon neutrality simultaneously with Bulgaria and Rumania. It is understood that if Greece is forced to act alone, she will only intervene upon the basis of official guarantees by the Entente "nations. THE CALM DUTCHMAN. (Received 8.20 a.m.h LONDON, March 23. The '"Times"- Amsterdam «/m»}*»ndent says that all Holland is struggling with unemployment and rtihe increased cast of living. Life in.the capital is unruffled, except for the' presence of a number of_ solddera "in unrrform. The whole Dutch army has been mobilised, and is ready to immediately take the field. While " preserving their neutrality the Dutch maintain their characteristic self-control.
