(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIX. Monday. A meeting of women convened by the Mayor wais held to-day to consider ways and meone of affardrog relief to the Belgians. It wok stated febat Otago and Southland wore expected to find one-fifth, of the proposed public subscription of £5000 per monfcb in Xew Zealand. It was decided to divide the city and eubm-be into 198 blocks, and to make a personal canvass for funds. Many women collectors are to be enrolled for the purpose.
