PRZEMYSL FALLS INTO RUSSIAN HANDS.
DEFENDERS SURRENDER THE FORTRESS. AFTER SIEGE OF NEARLY SIX MONTHS. (Received 5.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 22. It is officially announced that Przemysl. which the Russians have besieged for over six months, has surrendered. The surrender followed upon the captur , of one of the villages dominating the citadel and the driving of the garrison from the outer line of the field fortifications.
