EMIGRANTS DROWNED.
I SPANISH SHIPS FOUNDER. THREE HUNDRED LIVES LOST. (Received 8.50 a,m.) LONDON, March 21. Foot Spanidi eurrgrant chips foundered in a gale near Algeciras, in Gibraltar Bay. A furious gale has been raging in the Mediterranean for two days. Over two hundred ships have been compelled to take shelter in the Bay ol Gibraltar.
