RUSSIA'S BLACK SEA ADVANCE.
CUTTING OFF ASIATIC ARMY'S SUPPLIES. (Received 10.15 a.m.) PETROGRAD, March 21. Advices from the Caucasus state that the Russians are marching westward, covering a wide front, along the Black Sea coastline. The new Turkish formations intended to replace the Er_eroum garrison will be simply contained, its fate being settled by cutting off all sources of supplies.
