WANT RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS. LONDON, March 21. America, in order to counterbalance her losses in consequence of the British reprisals on Germany, is seeking a commercial rapproohment witii Russia, hoping to secure orders for goods that Russia previously purchased from Germany.
