Reports from Cairo, state that patrol aeroplane reconnaissances show little activity on the part of enemy outposts, which remain four days' march from the Suez Canal. W"ork on the railway which the Germans are constructing ' from Southern Palestine towards Egypt continues slowly. Locusts are doing great damage to the crops in Southern Palestine.
