Ainessage from Venice says that there iave been farther riots in Vienna owing to .the-shortage of bread. The" bakersare unable to supply even the quantitjyrescribea by" the Government. The new system of blockade which the Allies ha.ye adopted has already had the effect of Bending up the price of coffee 20 per cent.
