PETROGRAD, March* 19. tit is officially announced that the guns at Przemysl continue to fire a thousand heavy projectiles daily, with little effect. There is fierce fighting in Xorth Poland for the possession of villages-on. the right bank of the Xarew River. The villages continually change hands.. There is murderous machine-gun fighting in the daytime and desperate bayoneting at-' night. " The German losses in the Pilitza region have been very heavy.
