GERMAN ARMY CONTRACT SCANDALS.
HUNDRED MILLION MARKS INVOLVED.
(Received 10.20 a.m.) / AMSTERDAM, March 17. A Leipzig newspaper accuses three German firms of swindling the War Office. The Government will not prosecute the editor, fearing an extension of the aeandal. A hundred million marks is involved.
