V. Har- - court cabled to Mr. Andrew Fieher that < the Commission for providing relief in i Belgium is anxious money afcould be remitted only through the High Com- 1 missioner or the Agents-general. It will be handed over direct to the Commission, which devotes itself exclusively to feed- ' ing the civil population in Belgium, and ie quite distinct from the body that administers the Belgium Relief 'Fund, which ,ie a general fund.
