BOMB NARROWLY MISSES A COLLIER.

(Received 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, March 17. A German aeroplane flew to within three miles of the Northern Foreland on Monday, and dropped five bombs. They were aimed at the collier Blonde, but though some fell into the water a few feet from the vessel, none struck her.
