I SPECIAL ORDER RE LOAN OF £8000 FOR DRAINAGE. i Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Albert Borough Council held ou the Sth day of March. 1915, tbe following Resolution was passed:— "Whereas the Mount Albert Borough Council purposes to undertake certain drainage works under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and the Public Health Act. 1008, and has duly compiled with the conditions of the latter Act relative to the raising (without a poll of ratepayers) of a Special I.oan for the said purpose, now, therefore, the said Council does hereby by way of Special Order reKolve to borrow a sum not exceeding eight thousand pounds for the purpose of carrying out the said works payable at the expiration of twenty-five years from the date of the passing of this Order. and bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five pounds per centum per annum, and does also resolve that the security for such loan shall be a special rate of one-ninth of a penny In the £ upon the capital value of all ratable property within the borough of Mount Albert, payable yearly during the currency of such loan."
