Two big oversea steamers—tbe N.Z. Shipping Co.'s RJtf.s. Rotorua and the Shaw-Savfll steamer Kumara—-arrived hi port ailmost simultaneously at an early hour this morning. The Rotorua, in addition to a. large cargo of general merchandise, brought 157 passengers, including over 100 third-class. A large number of theee latter are going on to various southern ports by the Huddairt-arker steamer Victoria, which leaves this after-noon.
