Cheese: 93/. • PROPEBTY SALISS. i Messrs Alfred Bnckland and Sons report a sale of land by auction at Waiuku, on 1 behalf of Miss E. S. Campbell. The pro- ■ pert f is known as Campbell's Estate. The attendance was good, and the bidding was spirited. At auction 13 sections were disposed of, and some nine sections were placed privately. The following is a list of sales:—No. 53, £60; 52, £135; 41, £55: 42, £58; 57, £50; 17, £45; 13. £45; 14. £120; 12, £45; 11, £45; 4, f4O; 15, £40; 16, £40; 55 and £56, £120; 23, £35; 27, £35. The majority of the purchasers were local residents. -
