It is extremely desirable that authorities remitting money in response to the Belgian Commissioners' appeal should' instruct their agents in London that it must be handed to the Commission, other-* wise it will be given, to a totally different body called the Belgian Belief Committee, which" deals with the Belgian refugees in England, who are already well provided t for. The chairman of the Commission states that he lias not received a single dime from Australia in response to the appeal, although money is urgently needed.
