A CASE DISMISSED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) IHJNTLY, this day.
■Mr. Kaweon, S.M., delivered his reserved judgment to-day in the affiliation case Smith v. Dixon, heard on February 12. After reviewing the evidence, hi* Worship said that, apart from the evidence given by Mrs. .Smith and her relatione, there was insufficient independent testimony to sustain the complaint, and he dismissed it accordingly. Costs were not allowed.
