AMSTERDAM, March 11The "Mansbode" states that the Germans are making active preparations to prevent a British landing in Belgium.
The garrisons at Knocke and Heyst, on the northern extremity of the coastline, have been increased, while.strong reinforcements have been sent to Bruges.
