SAWMILLERS TO PAY DAMAGES. _ HAMILTON, this day. In the Supreme Court to-day Mr. "Justice Cooper .gave judgment in a'case in which John Boyd, farmer, of Mangapeehi, claimed £400 from Ellis and Burnand, Bawmillers, as damages for the destruction of bash alleged to have been r caused -by a spark froni defendant's locomotive. His Honor held defendants were liable, and gave judgment for £100.
