On the occasion ai his .visit to his own electorate the Prime Minister (Bight Hon. W: Maasey) wae tendered a complimentary dinner to-night by the Waiufcu branch of the Reform League. Mr. A. M. Bamball. presided, and in proposing the toast of "The Member for Franklin," said that no electorate wae more proud of its-member. HealeoTfe-ma-rk-ed- that the welcome was intended more for Mr. Maeeey personally than for him in his capacity ac Prime Minister. The toast was received with musical honoum-and-cheere. , -
