The High Commissioner cables that a report from Petrograd wye that on Sunday the Russian Black Sea Fleet bombarded the Blacfc Sea port of Krcgli, in Asia .Minor, 120. miles east of the Bosphorus, and three small neighbouring ports. The bombardment destroyed all structures, quays, and plant for the output and shipment of coal, and there was a terrific explosion and an outbreak of fire. Four batteries were silenced.
