CEMENT FROM NEW ZEALAND.
MELBOURNE, this day. The Home .Affairs Department expresses anxiety over a possible shortage of cement owing to the stoppage of supplies from German sources. Negotiations are proceeding with a view to the purchase of a quantity from Xew Zealand.
