Turnbull, on a charge that at Tβ Aroha, on February 13, he obtained from Frederrck Caldwell the sum of £5 a by nieans of a valueless cheque, was rea manded to appear at Te Aroha on Thuree- day. ;- Reginald Freeman (36), charged that at ir Christchurch, on January 10, he obtained i k £5 1/ from H.
