Dragging for mines in the .Straits is being undertaken, armoured ships of the combined fleet protecting the mine-sweepers. After a period of long range fire a squadron of battleships attacked at clcte r.uige. All the forts at the entrance to the straits were successfully reduced. Operations are continuing.
