AT THE LIMIT OF THEIR STRENGTH.
GERMAN RESERVES AND RIFLES EXHAUSTED. SAILORS GUARD BELGIAN RAILROADS. (Received 10.50 a.m.) A_\T\\KKP. Tuesday morning. German soldiers are streaming from Liege towards Germany in large numbers. Th& inhabitants in the vicinity have been forbidden to leave their houses for three days. Sailors arc guarding the railways, which seems to indicate that the supply of reserves is exhausted. The rifles borne by the German Landsturm in Belgium arc of an old typo, and the men are insufficiently supplied with ammunition. Some are armed with rifles taken from the Belgians. It is stated on good authority that the supply of German arms i? now exhausted.
