The. ••Tbssische Zeitung" says that the calling of all adults to arms has smashed German industries. German authors have formed an association to prevent books from hostile countries being translated into the German language. ROME, September 8. Germans is flooding Italy with commercial travellers in order to retain the trade which Great Britain threatens to capture.
