CONSULAR INSTRUCTIONS.
NO INFORMATION ARRIVING. No news is obtainable from the Con suits acting in Auckland on behalf of France, Germany, and Austria. They all state that communications from official quarters are suprisingly meagre. The consuls for the two last-named countries, Messrs. Carl Seegnor and Eugene Langgufch respectively, arc hourly expecting instructions to hand over the papers of their offices to the consul of a neutral country, probably the United States. ■Meanwhile their operations have been restricted by the action of the Government in instructing the police to prevent Germane and Austrrane from leaving New Zealand. ■ ,
