AND THE WAB RISK. LONDON, August 6. The High Commissioner, Mr. Thomas Mackenzie, is asking the British Government to include in its war risk scheme vessels already on the way to the United Kingdom. Many ships loaded with New Zealand meat are sheltering in various ports. The present measure only applies to vessels sailing after the outbreak of war. VANCOUVER, Aug. 5. The port has been declared cloned. It is reported that the Oanadkua-Aus-tralanan Royal Mail Line's sailings have been cancelled.
