TO SOLDIERS AND SAILORS. A SUPPOSED SPY. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 5. Impressive scenes are being witnessed at all railway stations in the Kingdom when the regulars, territorials and naval reservists entrain for various parts. Tremendous enthusiasm was shown nt Bristol. Thousands of people farewclled the naval reservists.
