Captain Anderson, master of the Storstad. expressed tho opinion that Lord Mersey was a fool for holding him responsible. Any reputation Lord Mersey bad be was sure to lose through such a decision. Lord Mersey, he declared, really favoured the Canadian Facific Company throughout. Captain Anderson announced bis intention of starting a suit against the Canadian Pacific Company on behalf ot the Storstad's owners, aud said that he would also begin suit against tbe Britisli Admiralty Courts. Captain Anderson promised much litigation before things wore settled between him and the Canadian Pacific. As a result of the judgment Captain Kendall remains in the employ of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.
