On the opposite side nf t ie road new buildings have been erected by the L.OB. Timber Co.. and large quantities of Oregon pine are stacked in readiness for th<* renewed activity in building which usually scte in with tinspring. On the northern ride of the Pai-ker-Lamb ( i>.'s mill a line road has jii-t been completed, and another is now in course of formation in front of the mill. This will be continued across at the bane of Vi -toria Park, and Uike tho place of tie narrow unformed track along which a food deal of rartins hais been done of late years.
