ATHENS, March 4. A force of 3,000 insurgents at Argyro-1 eastron has proclaimed the independence' of Epirus. Their lender has stated that Greece had hern obliged to sacrifice Epirus to higher interests, but the Epiroles declined to submit to a barbarous yoke. j
