RUSSIA AND GERMANY.
ECONOMIC DEPENDENCE. A HUMX-lATTNG POSITION. (Received 11.10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG. March 4. The congress of exporters at Kieff passed a resolution that it was necessary to liberate Russia from her economic dependence on Germany.
The present treaty was humiliating, and the congress urged the immediate development of commercial relations with Britain, Italy and other countries.
