(Received 11.15 a.-m) LONDON, February 24. The Britislf Empire Steam Navigation Company, an offshoot of the Empire Transport Co., has been formed, and bas acquired ten steamers being built at Irvine's Hartlenool yards.
The share capital x 250.,000, has been subscribed.
