The No. 2 deviation drive is now 339 ft from starting point. sDuring tue weejc a fault was met with, crossing the -drive at right angles, and is still being penetrated. The country is heavily mineralised, and water is coming freely from the face. Waiotahi G.M. Company.—Daring the past week -work 'has been confined to the repairing of No. 2 level to-prevent the water from the old workings going down the sbaft.
