DOMINIONS IN LONDON.

AN AMBITIOUS SCHEME. (Times-Syfiney Snn Special Cable.) LONDON, January 19. The Dominions Sites, Limited, Syndicate is issuing a booklet giving the opinions of the Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian Press favourable to the scheme which proposes to construct a building on the Aldwych site in the Strand. Mr A. M. Mackenzie (architect of the Commonwealth buildings) is to place Canada in the centre of the building, with South Africa and New Zealand in the wings, with a tower overhead forming a beacon of. Empire. Along the whole length of both buildings would be an exhibition hall for the display of colonial products. It is suggested by the architects that a new bridge should be built across the Thames at the eastern or Aldwych end leading directly to the Dominions' House.
