INDIAN'S IN SOUTH AFRICA.
COMMISSION A GREAT CONCESSION. (Received 1 p.m) DELHI. January 16. The Viceroy (Lord Hardinge), speaking at Lucknow. said he regretted that the Indians were not represented on the South African Commission, but said the Commission was a great concession, and the Indians would throw away a great chance if they refuser! to avail themselves of it.
