SYDNEY. November 21. A proclamation has heen issued by the Governor-in-Council directing that'anvone travelling from New South Wales should sign a giiara-ntee to report himself to the authorities if suspicions symptoms appear. This takes the place of compulsory vaccination for irrfccr-State travellers. The Federal Government has not taken action vet. There were n'i eases of omajjpox t o-da y.
