TRANSHIPMENTS TO AMERICA. (Received 10. a.m.) LONDON, November 21. Mr T- .Mackenzie ( High Commissioner for Nekv Zealand) state* that the United Stales authorities njrreo to accept Now Zealand: moat transhipped from Britain, without indelible stamping, provided the wording "n the tap? indicates ante and post mortem examinations disclosing freedom from disease and chemical preservatives, and that the tags are securely fixed by wire and sealed.
